Crocheting right along!

Hello to all! It's almost the end of the first month and I've been quite busy! I have indeed been crocheting right along, finishing a couple of projects and starting a few more!

My nephew's blanket is finally finished, I finished that in the middle of this month. Doesn't it just look adorable? If you can't tell the colors, it's Mint and Lemon with a Pale Blue edging, the yarn is Bernant Baby Softee. It's so soft, even held double, like this is. It's a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but it is warm and so pretty!

Besides this blanket, I have started another one, though this one is even cooler than Micheal's. Red Heart came out with a new yarn recently called "Black Light" and it actually glows under the black light! I can't wait until this one is finished.

Isn't this yarn just awesome!

The blanket that I'm going to making with this yarn is going to be at least a King. That means I'm going to use about 15 skeins of this fun yarn. It'll glow under the black light that my husband has hung above our bed, and he can't wait for this to be finished. 

The start of something awesome.

Besides all those blankets, I'm also working on a handful of boot cuffs. The ones below are my first pair, and they are just lovely. I'm working on a belt of my own "design". I say design in quotes mainly because it's nothing more than a simple belt buckle with Red Heart's Crochet Nylon Thread. I'll eventually post photos of them later, probably when it's finished.

The end of the month is near and February is almost upon us! I'm off to work on a cute pair of boot cuffs that are perfect for Valentine's Day! I'll try and get a handful of things done for the month, tons of cute little heart-inspired crochet projects. Of course I'll post the pattern for them all.
